This completed Corryville-UC project is on Martin Luther King Drive near the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Bellevue Gardens is a 40-unit apartment complex intended to diversify local housing, yet complement existing architecture. The project was completed through a partnership between UC and the Corryville Economic Development Corp.
